What If I Have to Cancel My Order?
Please email info@SKLandon.co.uk three days in advance for cancellations and we will refund your money. If your outfit has already been dispatched, then you may still need to pay.
What If My Outfit Does Not Fit?
No problem – email info@SKLandon.com within 24 hours and we will refund your money. Please note this does not include shipping fees.
How Do I Return an Item?
Simply pack the item using the same packaging and return it back to us.
What Other Fees Are Included?
Fees include your daily rental fee, delivery fee, and a refundable security deposit.
How Long Is The Rental Period?
This varies depending on outfit and designer. We advise a minimum 3 days and a maximum of 10 days.
What If My Outfit Is Already Damaged When It Arrives?
Email info@SKLandon.co.uk within 24 hours with supporting images and we will send you a replacement or refund your money.
Do You Offer Tailoring /Adjustment If Needed?
Some designers may offer this service at an additional fee. Please get in touch for more information on this.
What Does the Security Deposit Cover?
Your security deposit covers the following:
Unreturned Goods – 100% of RRP
Anything That Cannot Be Repaired
Small Deductions for Minor Repairs, e.g., a Broken Zip
Taking Care of Garments
We trust that all customers will treat the garments with care but please take note of the following:
Take care when applying makeup.
Do not spray any perfume directly onto the garments.
Avoid any spillages when eating or drinking. (Depending on the type of stain, a fee may be deducted from the security deposit. The amount will be confirmed, once the item has been returned and checked.
